Roasted Carrots (Yum!)

Roasting carrots is so darn easy and everyone loves them!
(Even my son)
1 pound carrots, cleaned and julienned
2 TBS Olive Oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Put julienned carrots, olive oil, sea salt and pepper into a zip lock bag, shake and let set for a brief time or all day.
Spread carrots out on a baking sheet. Do not pile them on, they need room to brown. Turn 1/2 way through.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Until slightly browned and tender to liking.
