Yes, We Can Roast Broccoli!


Roasted Broccoli

Preheat oven to 450

Line baking pan with parchment paper.

1 1/2 lb fresh broccoli, tops cut into bite size florets, stems peeled and chopped (about 6 cups)

2 tbsp olive oil

In a ziplock bag, add Broccoli and olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, shake the ziplock bag until Broccoli is well coated with the olive oil.

Place broccoli and spread evenly on a lined baking pan

Roast for 10 to 15 minutes, until tender and lightly charred in spots. While ocasionally stirring.
