Banana and Berry Smoothie

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 banana

1 cup of frozen berries of your choice

(blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or mixed berries)

1 cup spinach

1 tbs ground chia seeds

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender, mix and enjoy.
