Chia Pudding Recipe
Chia seeds soaked overnight
turn into a delicious breakfast
pudding or afternoon snack.
2/3 Cup Chia Seeds
2 Cups Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk of Your Choice
1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Your Choice of Optional Additions:
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
2 TBS Dried Currants or Chopped Dried Figs or Dates
2 TBS Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/4 Cup Chopped Fruit of Your Choice
1 TBS Cup Chopped Nuts
Put chia seeds, unsweetened non-dairy milk and vanilla in a 1-quart glass jar or bowl.
Stir together, cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, stir well. Spoon into bowls and top with toppings of your choice or eat as is.
