can calm aching joints?

Add 7 - 10 drops of organic Turmeric to 1 tsp of carrier oil.

Apply mixture to hands, knees and ankles to provide relief to sore joints and muscles.

Usage:

  • Try adding to DIY recipes for fragrant soaps and deodorizing room sprays

  • Diffuse or add to blends to reduce stress & promote mental clarity

  • Diffuse or apply topically with a carrier oil to inspire deep breathing

  • Add just a few drops to DIY cleaning products to add a clean, fresh scent

Sore Muscle Rub:

  • 7 drops Organic Turmeric Essential Oil

  • 6 drops Organic Lavender Essential Oil

  • 5 drops Organic Peppermint Essential Oil

  • 3 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil

  • 3 tsp FCO - (Fractionated Coconut Oil)

Instructions: Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a glass container, like a 15ml bottle. Step 2: Massage onto sore and tired muscles and joints for relief.

Glowing Skin:

  • 5 drops Organic Turmeric Essential Oil

  • 1 tsp of Almond Oil

Instructions: Step 1: Combine both ingredients into a glass container, like a 5ml bottle. Step 2: Massage mixture onto trouble spots on your skin to help improve your complexion.

Healthy Scalp and Hair:

  • 10 drops Organic Turmeric Essential Oil

  • 2 tsp Jojoba Oil

Instructions: Step 1: Combine ingredients together in a glass container, like a 10ml or 15ml glass bottle. Step 2: Pour the blend into the palm of your hand, and then massage it into the scalp. Step 3: Let sit for 30 minutes to as much as overnight. Step 4: Rinse mixture out using your favorite shampoo.

Sore Joint Soothe:

  • 7 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

  • 3 drops Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil

  • 2 drops Organic Turmeric Essential Oil

  • 2 drops Lavender Greece Essential Oil

  • 2 tablespoons FCO - (Fractionated Coconut Oil)

Instructions: Step 1: Combine ingredients together in either your hands, or in a glass container, like a 10ml or 15ml glass bottle. Step 2: Apply to the hands, wrists, or knees as needed.

Concentration Diffuser Blend:

  • 5 drops Organic Turmeric

  • 3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil

  • 2 drops Spruce Essential Oil

  • 2 drops Bergamot FCF Essential Oil

Instructions:

Step 2: Diffuse or deeply inhale for a boost in memory, cognitive function, and concentration. Step 1: Add essential oils to a diffuser or personal aromatherapy inhaler.
