Simple Chilli Recipe

This is a great meal for a cold evening after work. Prepare this simple chilli quickly and enjoy.
*If you would like to make this recipe without meat, which I have done before.
Replace the ground sirloin with ground or chopped mushrooms.
The mushrooms give the texture of ground sirloin. (My husband didn't even know.)
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Sirloin
4 oz Mushrooms (ground or chopped)
2 packages of McCormick Chilli Seasoning Mix
1 can Ro-Tel Original, no-salt added
1 can beans of your choice
(last time I used butter beans, I love butter beans)
2 boxes (13 3/4 oz each) Chopped Tomato (no salt added)
Instructions:
Brown ground sirloin, when almost finished add the chopped mushrooms and finish cooking.
Stir in 2 packages of McCormick Chilli Seasoning mix, 1 can Roadale, beans and the 2 cans of chopped tomato. Bring to a boil lower heat to simmer and cook for at least 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with your choice of sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped green onions and tortilla chips.
