Mexican Corn


1/4 cup Crema (Mexican Style Cream)

1/4 cup Mayonnaise (light)

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

2 drops Franks Hot Sauce (use as much or little to your liking)

6 ears of Corn (husked)

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper (to your liking)

1 lime,cut into wedges

To Grill: preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

To Air Fry: preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.

Place crema, mayonnaise, salt and Franks Hot Sauce in a bowl, mix until smooth. Generously brush crema mixture on husked corn.

Grill: turning occasionally until deep golden brown (approximately 7 - 9 minutes).

Air Fry: Cook for about 7 minutes flipping halfway, until deep golden brown.

Remove cooked corn, brush with remaining crema mixture, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper.

Serve with lime wedges to be squeeze over the top of grilled corn if desired.
